Optimism through they eyes of a 12 year old! A lesson we could all learn!

My niece KaeLynee is a finalist at her Middle School for a county wide Essay on Optimism. I wanted to share her article with you because it touched me deeply and reminded me of how sometimes our you the children in our lives teach us as we teach them.

This is on how a child perceives the struggles of life and how this bright little girl survived hurt and disappointment by staying positive and optimistic.

The Dawson County, Ga school district students were given an opportunity to win $1500 dollars and a full out scholarship to any university of there choice by writing a 5 paragraph essay stating how their optimism helps them overcome some of lives obstacles.

The teachers choose 2 girls and 2 boys out of each grade, they compete against each other to crown the overall winner of the school. The winner moves on to the next and final level. The middle school winner goes against the high school winner. When they compete an overall winner is crowned they will also win the $1500 dollars and the full out scholarship.

My niece Kaelynne is a class winner who is moving on to the overall “school” level. W e’re very proud of her for her honey in writing this article and we are praying that her article is chosen to move on to the next level.

I would really love to hear your thoughts on this article as it is form a 12 year old. Funny really when you read this the time periods sound like a life time and from a 12 year old it certainly feel like that. A week feels like months. I remember time feeling like it stood still when I was a child.

———————————————————————————————————————————————————-

How My Optimism Helped Me Overcome An Obstacle

                                                                                                 By: Kaelynne Bronson

Being the age i am, you wouldnt think ive been through anything severe or very hard to deal with . But if you’ve ever met my family or have ever heard my life story you would know its something you wouldnt want anyone to have to expeiriance. But along the way i thought positive of every situation and my optimism helped me through it.

When i was at the age of two my parents got a divorce. My mom took me in her will and gave me all my wants and needs. While my dad on the other hand, was in and out of drug houses, stealing to pay for more drugs, and borrowing money he knew he couldnt pay back. Although my father had made alot of mistakes , i had always looked at it in a positive way and always thought he would learn from his mistakes and hopefully fix them.

I wasn’t really bothered by the fact that my dad wasn’t there for me because I diddn’t really notice it. But as years passed and i got older it became more noticable then ever. My mom knew i couldnt stay away from my dad forever. So I did see my dad but it wasn’t very frequent. It was hard seeing my dad about two times a month at the max. But i did know my mom was by my side 24/7 and i had someone to comfort me.

As i got older my dad came to see me more often and my mom became more relaxed with me seeing my dad. Eventually my dad got a job and moved in with his parents. When my dad took it into his own hands to do so my mom knew my dad put more effort into the fact of seeing me and let me go to his house when he wanted to see me.

I loved going to see my dad because he felt like a father and i got to see the other half of my family. But as time passed the real dad fealing diddn’t last for so long. My dad had ended up going back to old habits, losing his job, and going to prison> Watching all this happen was hard but i lokked at it like something i knew was going to happen and hopefully time would fly by soon.

As years passed i grew closer to my mom more than ever. My mom and I had a bond that was hard to break. And i loved all those moments. Eventually my mom found someone she fell in love with. We moved in with him and his son and they got married. We became a very close family of four. We did everything togeather; we went on vacations, watched movies on the couch, everything. I adapted to that feeling and my heart regained its strength of love from a family.

As expected, my dad got out of prison. He promissed my mom that he would be a better dad to me. Because of court oreders, that were still vowed, I had no choice but to see my father. When i first arrived at my dads for the first time since hes been out of prison. I diddnt know how i felt or how I should feel. All I had know to be my true father for many years was my stepdad Jayson. He was the one who took me to th movies, he was the one who played soccer with me in the yard. So seeing my dad wasn’t something i planned for, but it was somethig i hoped to injoy. Eventually I gained trust for my real father and relied on him for small things.

One day my dad wasn’t there when my mom went to drop me off at the usual time. My grandfather answered the door at the time. He had told my mom that my dad was back on drugs and had ran off and hadn’t been home for days. From that point on i knew that the trust i had for my dad had completly disapeared. The thing is, although i diddn’t have my dad to rely on, I did have my family that was with me every step of the way pushing me towards my future.

As my dad eventually came back, things got worse. My dad ended up going back to prison longer than we had expected. At that point my mom decided that we were moving to Georgia. Her and I both knew that the enviornment of my dad wasn’t the best thing for me nor my family. But although the intensity of the whole, switching schools and metting new people, was pretty tuff, what i did know was that this change could make a big diferance in my life and my future.

We moved in the month on July in 2008. It was hardest thing for me to do. I diddn’t want to be so far away from my dad, nor did i want to adapt to a whole new life style of living without him. But it was the best thing for me and thats something i had to except.

During my experiance of changing everything in my life; there were some easy times that i diddn’t seem to care about, and there were the harsh times where i would break down in tears. But in the end I taught myself to never let it get to me like that ever again. It only brought hurt and pain that i diddn’t need.

But all in all, whatever life threw at me i always thought positive and never let it tare me down. Although that was one obsticale i do know that theres many more to occur and I will come prepard.

And the fact is, to this day, i wouldn’t change anything that happened over the years or the mistakes that my dad made. Because i know that if i did, i wouldn’t have the beautiful life, the loving friends, nor would I have the strong and caring family i have today.

I read a book called Guerrilla Marketing a while back and I got to thinking about how it has helped me to become a more effective marketer. I rememebr 16 very important secrets that I feel are SO essential in becoming a Successful Marketer. The Guerrilla Marketing Books are an amazing guide to success.

I wanted to go over just 3 out of the 16 secrets that I remember from the book that will help you right away to be a more effective marketer. Actually they may not be a secret to you at all and you may already know them, but haven’t realized that these are essential to being a successful marketer.

There are several more secrets that we will go over at a later time. For now lets get familiar with 3. Start implementing them right away if you haven’t already.

It’s nearly impossible to successfully market any (product or service) with out these secret marketing tactics. They need to be known and seriously put into action. Pin them up so that they are visible to you while you work. Remember them and incorporate them in your marketing to have an effective marketing strategy.

If you incorporate even just these 3 you will begin to see a difference in your marketing and ability to attract customers and prospects.

In the book “Guerrilla Marketing” Jay Conrad Levinson he summarizes the words as a handy memory crunch for us – the letters ent: commitment, investment, consistent, confident, patient, assortment subsequent.

COMMITMENT- Here is a fact, you can have a brilliant marketer and marketing plan, but with out commitment the mediocre marketing plan is more effective when you have a real commitment backing it.

What does life require from us? What does relationships require from us? What does success require from us? We all know the answer is…COMMITMENT!

INVESTMENT- Many people don’t understand that marketing takes investing. Most people think of the money they put into their marketing effort as an expense, when really it is an investment.

When you invest in your marketing you are investing in your business, which will grow in time. Many marketers feel if they spend $1000. on a campaign or ads that they should see results right away. It doesn’t work that way. It can happen but don’t count on it to yield immediate results. Be willing to invest in your business by investing in your marketing.

If you enter into your marketing efforts as a conservative investment instead of a cost of business or expense you will not be disappointed. Don’t lose your money because you don’t understand the investment concept. Every time you spend money on marketing you are making and INVESTMENT!

CONSISTENT- This 3rd major secret is to be consistent in your marketing. What ever you do, do not change your identity. Do not drop out of the public eye for long periods of time. You can change your headings, your pictures your posts, your prices, or even your mlm if that is what you are in, but again, do not drop out of sight for long periods of time. You must stay consistent in your efforts.

“Consistency breed’s familiarity, familiarity breeds confidence, and confidence breeds sales.” This is why Social Media and Social Media Managers has taken on a new life and given businesses a new vehicle to advertise with their customers. You don’t have to run large ads anywhere, just be consistent and run a few smaller ads 3 times a week. Be regular in your marketing, because regularity is being CONSISTENT.

If you get to know those three words and really believe them you will begin to see a difference in your marketing and even in the way you feel about it. It is your business….Everything you do is an investment in your business and in yourself. “Success is a matter of choice and change.”

Get the book Guerrilla Marketing, it is <del>some</del> so informative and a must to your marketing Library. You can easily access it below or by licking the link above.

By Reggie Mention

I’m 35-years young, and I’m sure we’ve all heard this before, “You better eat your vegetables so you can grow up to be strong”!

Until May of this year I never fully understood the importance of why I must consume 6 servings of fruits & veggies every day. I mean, I always knew it was important, but I never fully “knew”, ya know? After all, there are two reasons why someone does something; either because of pleasure or to avoid the pain/discomfort it may cause, and I guess I’ve avoided it most of my adolescent and adult life because I felt I didn’t have time to consume 6 servings of fruits/veggies a day. Besides, it’s far more affordable & easier to eat from the Dollar Menu at a fast food restaurant than it is to purchase fruits/veggies on a daily basis…AND…that’s what they made supplements for, right?!?!

But once I read The Engine 2 Diet by Rip Esselstyn followed by The China Study by the world renowned Dr. T. Colin Campbell, I began to realize the significance of a plant-based diet. Now, I come from a family who grew up in rural South Carolina, and it was a common thing to go over to my grandmother’s and find some type of animal (i.e., squirrel, deer, possum) in the sink thawing out to be cooked for dinner, so if you were to tell me 6-months ago that I would be considering a plant-based (vegan) diet, I would’ve looked at you as the crazy person I knew you were.

But with my family’s long history of obesity, diabetes, and stroke, I became inspired to change my eating habits not only for me, but also for my children. How could I expect them to eat a certain way, when I’m shoving 3 McDouble’s down my pie hole!

Living and eating a plant-based diet isn’t cheap! This is the primary reason why I am so thankful for being introduced to One24’s product called; NatraBurst™. This all-natural vegan friendly product contains far more fruits/veggies in one serving (+30) than I would be able to consume, or more importantly, be able to purchase on a daily basis. And it’s so convenient; I can mix it with water, any kind of juice, or make a smoothie with it.

I chose to mix mine with a smoothie that consists of Almond Milk, frozen berries (cran-, rasp-, black-, & blue-), sliced banana, and a couple handfuls of ice. My entire family wake-up every morning with excitement and anticipation for that first sip…lol!

Somewhere along the way, society has forgotten that our bodies are amazingly resilient and we have everything we need for them to protect us from harm, and to regenerate itself to its most natural state. All we need to do is to provide it the nourishment it requires. I’ve decided that I’d rather nourish our family with all-natural phytonutrient (plant) vitamins and minerals instead of genetically engineered food and/or supplements, and our bodies have shown us its appreciation for the daily servings of NatraBurst™.

Something that you can build that will yield you an ROI that is truly achievable? Many people are turing to the internet and the world of Network and Multi-Level Marketing to find either additional income streams to supplement or replace their income. We all should be preparing for our retirement and realize that we cannot count on our government for our future.

Many people are tired of traditional Network Marketing companies and MLM’s that are mostly for those with huge teams, and downlines, where you really never had a chance to make even a few dollars from the get go? Are you tired of the companies that were designed for you to fail? What about a revolutionary 24-month retirement plan?

In a traditional Multi-Level Marketers 97% of the marketers never make more than $10.00 back on their original investment. One24 has designed and created the solutions for the little guy to be successful. One24 is a revolutionary company with a revolutionary 24-month retirement plan that is changing those statistics and the face of network marketing, Internet marketing and MLM in general.

One24 is considered the Un-MLM, because of its Incentivized Referral Plan, Linear Compensation and its 24-month retirement plan. Once you become an active PC with One24 you then begin to earn from ALL the other One24 PCs that join and pay for their product after you. That means if you join and the person that you joined under brings in 10 people, they become a part of your SILVER income, which is the linear portion of the compensation plan. That means if 8,000 new people join One24 in one month, and you’re a qualified active pc, you earn a percent from their enrollment, which is company wide.

One24 was created to be a 24-month retirement plan, with a sophisticated compensation plan that pays out 6 different ways and gives back 50% of its profits to its PCs. (Which is an industry high)

Upon joining One24 each PC gets 24 green tickets for their 24 month retirement plan. You get access to one “green” ticket a month, in which you give to a waiting list member. If you happen to have more people that want to join you in any given month than there is the “GOLD RUSH”, which takes place on the 24th of every month. The “GOLD RUSH” is like open enrolment. The system goes through the company and grabs up all the unused green tickets and disperses them to those joining in the Gold Rush. In 24 months, you will be making a residual income off of your linear down-line and your referrals. It’s a very simple concept that anyone, no matter what your back ground is can easily find success.

One24 is not a scam or a get rich quick scheme. To be successful it does require some work! If you don’t have 5 hours a week for the next 24 months, I would normally say this is not for you, however if you don’t have 5 spare hours a week this is exactly what your life needs!!

One24 doesn’t stop with the revolutionary compensation plan, but is now giving away $25K every month to an active PC, or a waiting list member. Not only are they giving away $25K but they also give various prizes away. To learn more about how you can win the $25k or other prizes CLICK HERE!

My Zeek Rewards Experience!

I want to share my Zeek experience with you because I would hate for you to miss out on this opportunity as I almost did. Just because it sounds to good to be true doesn’t me it is!

I joined because a great friend of mine Jim Pinkham suggested that I do so. If I am being honest I joined only to <del>apiece</del> appease him. He said he wanted to give me a spot on his top level, because of another business venture we were in together. I didn’t want to pass that up, and I felt honored, but also couldn’t think of how I was going to fit another “Next Best Thing” on my plate.

So needless to say, I wasn’t really interested in a Penny Auction type of business. I have such a hard time saying no to people like Jim, and have always thought that as a huge flaw.

So I joined thinking nothing more of it. In fact all you have to do is place one ad a day, and I didn’t even do that consistently, because I just didn’t see the true value in it, and I was making excuses. Everyone has 5 minutes to spare! But my mindset was…What could placing an ad do, not recruiting, not selling, just placing an ad? So I did the minimum possible. And even then I didn’t place my ads everyday.

I got a message from Jim, telling me that I am losing out on $100′s of dollars a day because I haven’t upgraded to a Diamond and I am not pacing my ads like I should be. I of course ungraded.

I literally was losing money daily and lots of it because I hadn’t upgraded to a Diamond yet. Silly girl is all I kept saying to myself.

Another great friend of mine, Fred Irvin PM me on facebook and said “Tara how is your Zeekler doing?” I said “I have no idea, Jim told me to upgrade so I did. I don’t really understand yet.” Fred said, “Let me look at your back office.” He let me know that I am doing really well and all I need to do is keep placing my ads everyday. (Which I now have automated) He called his sponsor Chris Love. Chris was gracious in explaining that I really am doing amazingly well, and should just get plugged in because at the rate I am going I could have earned $190K by next year! I WAS SHOCKED!!! Here I had no idea what I was doing, I was just following the directions I was giving by my awesome upline!

I started as a Silver, if I knew then what I know now I would have started as a Diamond. I was nervous and skeptical, I had no real intention of working this business at all. Thankfully I have been able to surround myself with amazing people who truly care about the success of each other.

Jim Pinkham, Fred Irvin, and Chris Love I just want to give you guys a shout to say you are all amazing leaders and even better friends!

The point is, this is EASY! This is something anyone can do, and the support for Zeek is amazing and there is only one place you can go in Zeekler and that is UP!

ZeekRewards is a private, invitation-only, affiliate advertising divisio

Zeekler is a new kind of auction site called a “penny auction”. It’s a fun way to bid on all sorts of new products at 90% or more off retail. Each night, after the close of the normal business day, the company takes part of the day’s overall business production which can include auction sales, product sales, affiliate renewals, bid sales and other income production from our member companies and divides them among the qualified affiliates.

This is ME and MY story! This is a testimony not only to how amazing One24 and NatraBurst has been to my life, but on adversity that I faced growing up as a child that was different.

I will share a piece of me that I have never really shared before, a part of me that I have always hidden unless you were a close friend or family member, a part of me that caused me great pain, embarrassment, and many years of heart ache. But mostly you will see how this part of who I am has made me, well…ME!

Click here to view the embedded video.

Although my story is uncomfortable for me to share, if I can create a place online and share my heart and soul with you, share the one thing that caused my greatest heart ache with potentially thousands of people, you can share push beyond the uncomfortable and share your story too.

I’m not saying that overcoming these issues has been an easy task for me. I am not saying that the insecurities from the scars I have don’t still raise their nasty head. What I am saying is you are in control of your life. I could have let these scars destroy what I can do for others. Let it destroy the person I am meant to be. I could feel cursed, but instead I feel blessed, I feel special because growing up I took the time to look at all things different, I bathed in the fact that my eyes could be open to things others just didn’t see. It’s the one thing that made me feel special and different beyond the scars and pain of my feet.

Growing up I made friends with the kids that were different and I learned to not care what others thought about me. I found my place as a leader in school and throughout my life. I didn’t allow the hardship of my life to destroy the beauty of what it could actually bring into my life.

I became a leader to many of my peers that were different because someone needed to be. To those that didn’t have a voice, I lent mine, for those that could not see, I helped them see through my eyes, those that needed that one touch of compassion, I gave my hand and embraced them. Even so, what they gave me was so much more than what I was ever able to give them. By standing up for them, I learned to stand up for myself.

No longer am I as mindful of my feet because the pain isn’t there as a constant reminder. I can walk on the carpet without getting sores because of the softness of my skin. To me, this simple act that we all take for granted is nothing short of amazing!

I endured and went through the uncomfortable. Sharing my story with you is part of that journey. If you have ever endured something that has caused you pain, or is now causing you any type of insecurity, find within yourself a way to overcome.

If you truly want to find success sometimes you have to choose to use the uncomfortable as a path to get there. WHY? Because it helps you to understand just how strong you really are, just how successful you can become and what is possible through you. Use the uncomfortable to become a more comfortable and successful you! Thank you all for sharing this with me, I just wanted you to have a better understanding of me and where my drive comes from and know that life hasn’t always been easy for me.

Thank you so much for watching! If you enjoyed this video or would like more information about One24 and NatraBurst and how it can help you in your life, please leave a comment of fill out the contact me for and I will be more than happy to get back with you!

So my business partner Bryan Clark and I decided to train our amazing One24 team on the importance of setting up a proper 3 way call and the 5 key elements that are needed for a successful call.

Traditional trainings can sometimes be boring and result being ineffective because they are hard to get though and capture the attention of the viewer. We have found that with a bit of humor the lesson can be more affective, so we are bringing a 2 part training series…Bryan and Tara style!

Check out Part 1, of this training as we share the 5 key elements of a successful 3 way call while keeping it fun but informative.

Click here to view the embedded video.

When it comes to recruiting and sponsoring for your business, knowing how to properly conduct a 3 way call can be the difference between sponsoring a new business partner, and blowing another deal. It’s 3rd party validation, and is incredibly affective for a strong close!

This video is just one of the many training lessons that we teach our One24 team, Team Heritage24, and we decided that we would like to share this information with everyone.

Check out this video to learn the 5 elements of a successful 3 way call.

The 5 Key elements of a successful 3 way call are:

Step 1: The Prospect Must Watch The Videos

The 124 videos are pretty much self explanatory (updated videos were being published at the time of this blog post),We are not in the explanation business and you should only be answering questions pertaining to specific information in the videos.

Remember: Always keep “posturing” in mind. You job is to answer questions, not give an explanation of the videos. When you start explaining, it gives the control to the prospect. This is your business and if you can’t get a prospect to commit to watching a few video’s do you really want them in your business?

Step 2: Schedule the Call With Your Upline Prior to The Initial Call

For the best results with a 3 way call, be sure to schedule the call around the availability of your Upline. It is important that you inform the prospect that your Upline is very busy, and that they are difficult to get a hold of sometimes. Let your prospect know that due to your handwork and commitment, they often give your calls priority, and it is important that they keep the schedule to the call for this reason. This sets you up for step 3.

Step 3. Edifying Your Upline to the Prospect

For an efficient 3 way call you must “edify” your Upline to the prospect. This shows the prospect that they are in the right hands and are connected with someone that can truly help them succeed financially. Here are some points to cover:

The impact that your Upline has had on you personally.

The success they’ve had in One24 or other businesses

How long your Upline has been in One24

The knowledge your Upline has about the company.

These things will set the stage for the call and get you off to a positive start.

Step 4. Call Your Prospect First.

To avoid giving the prospect the impression of desperation make sure to have your prospect on the phone before you initiate the 3 way call to your Upline. Also, try to call your prospect at least 1-2 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. This will show that you are diligent in your follow through.

Step 5: Prospect Introduction

This is when you tell your Upline about your prospect (even though you’ve mentioned it before). It makes your prospect feel valued and of equal importance.

You need to BE QUIET, once the introductions are done and you’ve turned the call over to your Upline.

Your Upline should be very well equipped to discuss and answer questions about the One24 compensation plan, and how to make money in One24. Do not interject even if it seems as if the Upline left something out, this may be part of their strategy to get a feel of how serious this prospect really is.

Every call will be different but if all goes as planned, your Upline will close your prospect during this call, and you will now have a new One24 business partner.

If you enjoyed this post, please share it with your network and stay tuned as Bryan Clark and I bring you Part2! You will not want to miss this!

You will see my initial reaction to the product and hopefully you get a good laugh out of my clumsiness. I was SUPER excited and actually feeling pretty ill the day the NatraBoost came. My body was aching. I was still “SUPER” excited to get the product. The entire One24 team has been pumped up with anticipation of the NatraBoost! Click below to see what happens!

Click here to view the embedded video.

I felt much better right after taking the NatraBoost it lasted for about 5 hours! My headache was almost gone and I had lots of energy!

Below is some information on the Minerals in NatraBoost

IonicMinerals – are uniquely charged with positive ions that help the nutrients penetrate into the cells more effectively. Most trace elements need to be in ionic form to be well absorbed in the intestine.

FulvicMinerals – add another dimension to powerful absorption. Fulvic Acid has been called one of the most important natural miracles related to life itself. It is an acid created in extremely small amounts by millions of beneficial microbes working on decaying plant matter. Because of fulvic acid’s low molecular weight (small molecules) it has the ability to readily dissolve and bond minerals and nutritional elements into its molecular structure. Nutrients that have been chelated by fulvic acid are in an ideal natural form to interact with and be absorbed by living cells. Fulvic Acid is so powerful that one single fulvic acid molecule is capable of carrying 60 or more minerals and trace elements into the cells.

Zeolites – a unique chemical compound that is shaped similarly to a honeycomb. The compound has a negative charge. When the chemical is ingested into the body, it attracts metals, toxins, and other substances in the body that have a positive charge – such as excess heavy metals, chemicals, and things that the body does not need. After gathering these substances, the Zeolite traps them within itself, and is then flushed out of the body through waste. Zeolite acts as a natural detoxifying agent.
